GANDERBAL: The District Administration Ganderbal, under the leadership of Deputy Commissioner Jatin Kishore, today organized a heartfelt farewell ceremony to honor the services of Additional Deputy Commissioner Gulzar Ahmad; SDM Kangan, Nuzhat Qureshi, and Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Mohammad Altaf on their transfer.
