RAMBAN: In line with the directives of Deputy Commissioner Ramban, Baseer-Ul-Haq Chaudhary, and Director, Industries and Commerce, Jammu, Dr. Arun Manhas, the District Industries Centre (DIC), Ramban organized an awareness camp at Panchayat Ghar, Kunfer. The camp, led by General Manager DIC Ramban, Ravinder Kumar Anand, aimed to educate unemployed youth from Panchayat Kunfer and nearby areas about the PM Vishwakarma Scheme and other government initiatives.

Project Manager Kuldeep Singh welcomed the participants, emphasizing the significance of such outreach programs to support rural entrepreneurship and preserve traditional crafts. The event highlighted the government's dedication to economic growth and job creation through financial assistance, skill development, and market access. Participants received detailed information on eligibility, the application process, and benefits under PMEGP and PM Vishwakarma schemes, reflecting strong community interest in leveraging these opportunities for sustainable livelihoods.
