UDHAMPUR: Chairman District Development Council Udhampur Lal Chand inaugurated the X-Ray room and store at Ayush Arogya Mandir Hartaryan, marking a significant milestone in enhancing healthcare facilities in the region. The Chairman was accompanied by Block Medical Officer Tikri Dr. Raj Kumari, Dr. Sudesh Kumar, Ex-Sarpanch Darshna Devi and several other officials from the PWD and health department, including Junior Engineer Mohinder Kumar, supervisor and prominent citizens of the area.
The X-Ray room, valued at approximately âč10 lakhs and the store, worth âč3 lakhs, will provide better health services to the local community. The project aims to ensure universal access to a wide range of primary healthcare services, as envisioned by the Ministry of Ayush. The chairman congratulated the local public for the facility and appreciated the efforts of the departments involved. "This project is a testament to our commitment to providing quality healthcare services to the inhabitants of the area," he said.
The DDC Chairman added that Ayush Arogya Mandir Hartaryan is part of the National Ayush Mission (NAM), which aims to provide holistic wellness services to the community. The inauguration of the X-Ray room and store marks a significant step towards achieving this goal.
