DC Ganderbal reviews digitization of revenue records, directs time-bound digitization of pending mutations

GANDERBAL: Deputy Commissioner (DC) Ganderbal, Jatin Kishore today chaired a meeting here to review the progress of digitization of revenue records, updation of backlog mutations and other key revenue matters in the district. During the meeting, officers presented tehsil-wise updates on the status of digitization of revenue records and pending mutations.

The DC reviewed the progress of digitization of backlog mutations and directed the concerned officials to complete all pending corrections within the stipulated timeframe to ensure accuracy and timely updation of land records.

Emphasizing speedy disposal of pending cases, the DC instructed the Assistant Commissioner Revenue (ACR) to augment manpower in shifts for completion of pending digitization of mutations. Field staff were impressed upon to complete the process in a time-bound manner under the personal supervision of the ACR and concerned Tehsildars.

Among others, the meeting was attended by Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Ganderbal, Assistant Commissioner Revenue (ACR) Ganderbal, Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Kangan and Tehsildars.
