HANDWARA: In a remarkable display of compassion, service and commitment towards humanity, J&K Police in collaboration with Government Medical College (GMC) Handwara, organised a Blood Donation Camp at District Police Lines (DPL) Handwara.

The camp witnessed an enthusiastic and overwhelming response from the officers and officials of Handwara Police, who voluntarily came forward to donate blood and contribute towards saving precious human lives. The initiative reflected the humane face of the police force and its unwavering commitment to stand with the community not only in maintaining law and order, but also during moments when humanitarian assistance is needed the most.

The medical team from GMC Handwara conducted the blood donation process with due medical care and professionalism. The voluntary donors were appreciated for their selfless gesture and spirit of public service.

The initiative reaffirmed the commitment of J&K Police towards the welfare of society, sending a powerful message that every drop of blood donated can become a ray of hope and a lifeline for someone in need. Police salutes all the voluntary blood donors who came forward for this noble cause and contributed towards the greater good of humanity.
