SUNDERBANI: On Day-2 Multi Media Exhibition on the theme of “Vikisit Bharat” “Mission Life” “Bhartiya Nyaya Samhita” “EBSB” “SBA” PM Ujjwala Yojana and other allied themes of Govt. of India organized By Central Bureau of Communication, Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, Rajouri (J&K) at Radha krishan Mandir Hall near Government boys higher Secondary School, Sunderbani. Shri Rajinder Kumar Sharma, DDC, Sunderbani as a Chief Guest. Sh. Ghulam Abbas, Director CBC and PIB J&K presided over the function along with faculty Government boy’s higher Secondary School, Sunderbani, Staff of CBC J&K and representatives.
Shri Rajinder Kumar Sharma, DDC, Sunderbani appreciated the efforts of Central Bureau of Communication, J&K for organizing the event at Sunderbani. He said that CBC’s programmes serve as a bridge for Information between Government and Common Masses. The valuable information disseminated through displays and Expert Lectures will help locals think about availing the benefits of various centrally sponsored schemes and becoming entrepreneurs. He highlighted the role of teacher in students’ life, Unity in diversity and role of responsible and aware citizens.
Sh. Ghulam Abbas, Director, CBC & PIB, J&K in his address said that CBC has the mandate of disseminating information and awareness among common masses in rural as well as urban areas. CBC uses Exhibition, Cultural programmes, Seminars, Expert Lectures, Competitions etc. to aware/engage the masses about various schemes. He advised the students to avail benefits of Govt. schemes. He urged the audience to spread the message about benefits of various CSS among common masses.
Prominent among others who spoke on the occasion were Miss Gitika, Panchyat Secretary, Rural Department, Sunderbani, Ramesh Kumar, Community Health Officer, Health Department, Sunderbani, Dr. Basir Ahmed , Department of Animal Husbandry and Shri Ashwani Salathia, Agriculture Department, Sunderbani. All the resource persons gave a detailed overview of various Centrally Sponsored Schemes related to their respective departments. Students of Government Boys Higher Secondary School Sunderbani also participated the function i.e. lecture on central sponsored scheme etc. A mesmerizing theme based cultural programme by artist of CBC enthralled the audience.
