JAMMU Senior BJP leader and Member of Parliament (MP) Er. Gulam Ali Khatana has strongly reacted to Jammu and Kashmir Congress Chief Tariq Hamid Karra’s recent statement that the “NDA is weakening,” asserting that it is instead the Congress that is losing its relevance and ground across the nation.
In a sharp rebuttal, Khatana stated that the BJP-led National Democratic Alliance (NDA) government is firmly committed to pro-people policies that benefit all sections of society, including businessmen, minorities, and the poor. “NDA’s policies have uplifted the lives of millions, reflecting its vision of inclusive development. We believe in ‘Sabka Sath, Sabka Vikas, and Sabka Vishwas,’ which ensures growth and prosperity for everyone without discrimination,” he said.
Khatana emphasized that the Congress is facing a crisis of credibility due to its outdated and divisive approach, which has alienated it from the common people. “The Congress is desperately attempting to remain relevant, but the public can see through their rhetoric,” he added.
The BJP leader highlighted initiatives of the central government aimed at empowering the underprivileged and fostering economic growth. He further reiterated BJP’s commitment to maintaining communal harmony and equitable development in Jammu and Kashmir and across India. Khatana called upon the people to reject Congress’s “negative politics” and support the BJP’s development agenda.
