JAMMU: The Department of Commerce, Cluster University of Jammu, in collaboration with the School of Business Studies, Central University of Jammu, under the mentorship of Hon ble Vice Chancellor Prof Sanjeev Jain successfully conducted the short term training program of 60 hours duration from 7th June 2024 to 26th June 204 on Social Media Executive Training under “Upskilling Training Programme”. The workshop was designed to equip students with essential skills and techniques to effectively navigate social media platforms for professional purposes.
The certificates to the participants who completedcourse under the workshop were distributed on 11th October 2024 on occasion of valedictory ceremony. The ceremony was honoured by the presence of distinguished guests, including Dr. Vishal Sharma (Dean, School of Social Sciences, Cluster University of Jammu), Prof. Jaya Bhasin (Dean, Department of Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour, Central University of Jammu) and Dr. Shahid Mushtaq, (Assistant Professor, Department of Marketing and Supply Chain, Central University of Jammu).
In her valedictory address, Dr. Neetu Kumari, (Coordinator, Department of Commerce, School of Social Sciences, Cluster University of Jammu) expressed heartfelt gratitude to both the resource persons and participants, acknowledging their collective efforts in making the workshop a success. She underscored the value of the skills gained during the training program.
Prof. Jaya Bhasin commended the participants for their active engagement with the workshop content and stressed on the importance of mastering these modern skills. Dr. Shahid Mushtaq emphasized the role of such capacity-building programs in shaping the next generation of professionals. Certificates of participation were awarded by the esteemed collaborative partners to all participants.
The participants left the event with a strong sense of accomplishment and a deeper understanding of social media strategies, eager to apply their newfound expertise in their respective careers.
