BHADERWAH: Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Bhaderwah Sunil Kumar Bhutyal today chaired a meeting of Building Operation & Controlling Authority (BOCA) at office of the Chief Executive Officer, Bhaderwah Development Authority. The meeting was attended by the CEO BDA, Divisional Forest Officer (DFO), Executive Engineer PWD (R&B), Tehsildars and other concerned officials.

During the meeting, 41 cases pertaining to building permissions were taken up for detailed discussion and consideration. Of these, 36 cases were residential in nature, while 5 cases pertained to commercial constructions.

The Chair and members of the Authority examined all cases in detail with regard to applicable building regulations, relevant documents and other prescribed requirements and provisions governing the grant of building permissions.

The ADC stressed the need for ensuring due compliance with the prescribed rules and regulations while processing building permission cases, with emphasis on proper scrutiny and adherence to statutory requirements.
