In loving memory of Dr. Priya Ranjan: A mentor who treated me like family

HANDWARA: Police in Handwara organized Thana Diwas/Lok Darbar across all police establishments as part of its ongoing public outreach initiative. The program aimed to raise awareness and facilitate discussions on the newly introduced criminal laws, with special emphasis on their victim-centric and citizen-centric provisions. The event witnessed active participation from a cross-section of the community, including religious leaders, local representatives, senior citizens, Masjid Imams, Nambardars, and other prominent figures.
