MUMBAI: Jaro Education, India's first listed company in the online higher-education and upskilling sector, today marked 17 years of transforming careers and lives across the country with the launch of #GrowWithJaro, a pan-India 360° campaign built around real stories of professional growth, lifelong learning, and career transformation, celebrating the learners, partners, and institutions that have shaped its journey since inception.
Marking the occasion as Jaro Day, the company announced that it has enabled over 3.5 lakh learners to advance their careers through 33+ university and institutional partnerships, cementing its position as one of India's most trusted names in the Edtech Industry.
Jaro Education has witnessed India's professional learning landscape evolve from traditional career advancement programmes to continuous, outcome-driven learning models. The shift has been driven by changing workforce expectations, digital transformation, and the growing need for professionals to build future-ready capabilities.
Over the last 17 years, Jaro Education’s growth has been driven by a strong ecosystem of learners, academic partners, and employees who have grown alongside the organisation. Beyond enabling 3.5 lakh+ learner journeys, Jaro Education has also focused on building an inclusive workplace, with women comprising 49% of its workforce and several key functions being led by women leaders. The milestone comes on the back of strong financial performance, with the company recording PAT growth of 342% over three years, underscoring the scale and sustainability of the platform.
