JAMMU: IGNOU is offering M.Sc. Analytical Chemistry (MSCANCHEM) programme in the ongoing January 2025 admission cycle. The advanced programme is tailored for aspiring learners and professionals seeking to deepen their knowledge and build careers in the dynamic field of Analytical Chemistry. The programme provides a strong foundation of fundamental concepts of chemistry. It also deals with the basic principles and applications of various analytical techniques such as separation methods including chromatographic techniques, spectroscopic methods, electro analytical methods and other methods of analysis.
Graduates with a B.Sc. (Major/Honours) Degree from a recognised university in Chemistry or B.Sc. Degree (or equivalent) with Chemistry as one of three science subjects with equal weightage or B.Sc. Degree from an Open University with a minimum of 20 credits in Chemistry courses can apply for this programme.

Admissions are open twice a year, in the July and January admission cycles, through the official SAMARTH portal of IGNOU https://ignouadmission.samarth.edu.in the link of which is available on National website of IGNOU www.ignou.ac.in and the last date for admission has been fixed for January 31, 2025.
