TRAL: As part of "Nasha Mukti Bharat Abhyan" under Civic Action Programme (CAP) 2024-25, Police in Awantipora organized a medical camp on drug abuse at Village Satoora Tral. The event aimed to provide general awareness, counselling, and support to individuals struggling with addiction.

The camp was inaugurated by SDPO Tral   along with SHO Police Station Tral and Incharge Police Post Aripal. Speaking at the event, officers emphasized the need for collective efforts to eradicate drug abuse from society. A medical team from SDH Tral and PHC Aripal along with paramedical staff, examined patients. Free medicines were distributed based on diagnosis. The medical team emphasized the importance of physical and mental well-being, hygiene, and preventive healthcare. They also urged the youth to avoid drug abuse.
