JAMMU: Ahead of the final phase of the ongoing assembly elections, the BJP got a boost in Jammu as a ‘Ekam Sanatan Bharat Dal’ of enowkned advocate Ankur Sharma merged with the BJP. A programme was organized at BJP media center, here today during Ankur along with the office bearers and senior leaders joined the BJP.
They were welcomed into the party fold by Union Minister and BJP's election in-charge for J&K, G. Kishan Reddy, BJP National General Secretary and J&K Incharge, Tarun Chugh, and the party's working president Sat Sharma, in the presence of the party's chief spokesperson Advocate Sunil Sethi, Media centre in charge & spokesperson Arun Gupta, spokesperson YV Sharma, Abhijeet Jasrotia, and media in-charge Dr. Pradeep Mahotra.
Reddy said that the BJP family is growing larger by the day, and this is all due to the people-friendly policies of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He said that the merger of Ekam Sanatan Bharat Dal into the BJP will further strengthen the party in Jammu and Kashmir. Sat Sharma praised Ankur Sharma's decision, calling it an important step in the interest of Jammu.
Ankur Sharma, on the occasion, said that he was inspired by the policies and programs of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and joined the BJP. He said that he stands with patriots in the interest of the nation and joined India's greatest and most esteemed party, BJP to break the backbone of separatism and strengthen the country.
