SRINAGAR: The Auto Association and Fruit Vendors Association, on Monday, announced their decision to support former Minister and MLA Bandipora, Usman Majid, in the upcoming 2024 Assembly Elections, giving a significant boost to his political base.
The associations have urged their members, associates, and functionaries to extend full support to Majid.The associations said that Usman Majid's dedication in recent years demonstrates that he deserves to win and lead effectively.

During a meeting held on Monday, the leaders of the Auto and Fruit Vendors Association pledged their support to Majid, citing his relentless efforts to uplift marginalized communities, ensure infrastructural development, and protect the rights of small traders and workers in the area.

"The INC-NC has repeatedly shown that they care only for their own power and interests, not for the welfare of the people of Bandipora," Majid added.
