JAMMU: NSS Unit 2nd of PSPS GCW Gandhi Nagar JAMMU today organized a thought provoking Pinwheel Discussion on Importance of Vote in Democracy. Event started with a welcome address by Saloni Kumari, Senior NSS Volunteer of B.Com sem 5th. The event aimed to educate and encourage students to exercise their Right to vote.
The Discussion highlighted the impact of voting on Democracy, personal freedom and community development. Students shared their perspectives on voting challenges and electoral reforms. All the volunteers enthusiastically participated in the event.
Programme Officer NSS Unit 2Prof. Anupama sharma expressed gratitude for the students' efforts by praising their diligence and support. NSS Volunteers Taniya Verma, Tania Sharma, Tanshu Sambhal and Rohini Bhagat and the fresher from sem 1st also actively took part in this Discussion by putting up their views. Principal of the college Dr. S.P Saraswat applauded the efforts of volunteers.
