KISHTWAR: Dr. Amit Kumar, Sub Divisional Magistrate (SDM), Paddar chaired a crucial meeting with subdivision-level officials of the Jal Shakti department and public representatives to review the progress of the Jal Jeevan Mission.

The meeting was attended by DDC Member Paddar Harikrishan Chouhan and magistrates from all four Niabats. The primary focus of the meeting was to accelerate the completion of the Jal Jeevan Mission projects. With the sowing season fast approaching, SDM Dr. Amit Kumar emphasized the urgency of initiating the work without further delay.

Given the favorable weather conditions, SDM highlighted the critical need to address pending reservoir issues to ensure a steady and reliable water supply. Additionally, the SDM directed that any existing disputes be promptly resolved by the concerned field-level officials, with the assistance of public representatives, to avoid hindrances in the smooth execution of the projects.
