AWANTIPORA: As part of the ongoing Police Flag Day Week celebrations, J&K Police organized a series of programmes across the district. Today, J&K police officers visited the villages and towns of martyred police personnel in Sub-Division Pampore to express solidarity with their families and to pay homage to their supreme sacrifice. During these visits, the officers interacted with the families of martyrs, listened to their concerns patiently, and assured them that their genuine grievances would be addressed on priority.
As a mark of respect and remembrance, portraits of the martyrs from Sub-Division Pampore were displayed in their respective primary schools, the very institutions where they received their early education. The bravery and sacrifices of these martyrs were also highlighted in the schools and local community gatherings, inspiring students and residents alike.
