KUPWARA: The District Hub for Empowerment of Women (DHEW), in collaboration with the Health Department, conducted a Free Medical Camp at Mankal, Mawar ST Area with the objective of providing accessible healthcare services to women in the area.
The Block Medical Officer (BMO), Langate, graced the occasion and interacted with the beneficiaries. Local women and students beneficiaries were provided free medical consultation, health check-ups, medicines and necessary medical advice by the healthcare team.
The beneficiaries expressed their gratitude to the DHEW team and the Health Department for organizing the camp and providing essential healthcare services free of cost. They appreciated the initiative and requested that similar medical camps and health-related outreach activities be conducted regularly in the future for the benefit of women residing in the area.
