POONCH; District Magistrate Poonch, in exercise of powers conferred u/s 163 of BNSS, 2023, has restricted Assembly of four or more than 4 persons within the radius of 200 meters of examination centres. Any violation of the order or carrying of any copying material in or around examination centres has been banned and the violation shall be dealt under law.
âNo person other than the students who are taking examination; examination duty staff, Head of Institutions shall enter the Examination Center(s) or assemble around the premises of examination Center(s) and its vicinity within 200 meters radiusâ the order issued by DM stated. This order shall remain in force from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Dec 22, 2024.
