JAMMU: A delegation from the Nations Development Association (NDA), led by Swarn Singh Charak, Founder cum Chairman, is set to depart for Delhi today with a mission to highlight pressing concerns affecting Jammu and Kashmir. The delegation plans to engage with Union Cabinet Ministers and various government departments to advocate for solutions to critical issues plaguing the region.
The delegation aims to meet officials from departments including electricity, agriculture, and women's welfare to discuss challenges such as frequent power outages, agricultural hardships, and the plight of daily wage earners across sectors. Deepak Singh, Secretary of NDA, underscored the struggles faced by Basmati rice farmers in Jammu's RS Pura and Bishnah regions, emphasizing the need for urgent intervention.
Sushil Singh Charak, Founder cum General Secretary of NDA, affirmed their commitment, stating, "We will tirelessly work to bring Jammu and Kashmir's issues to the forefront of the Union Cabinet's agenda, ensuring the voices of our people are heard."
The delegation is determined to catalyze positive change and seeks the support of Union Cabinet Ministers to address the persistent challenges in Jammu and Kashmir effectively.
