JAMMU: In a significant move towards empowering youth from marginalized sections, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Mission Youth has announced the finalization of the list of 50 eligible candidates under the Super 75 HLG Scholarship Scheme for the academic year 2023-24. The final selection comes after a thorough process that saw a total of 401 candidates vying for the prestigious scholarship.
To ensure the selection of deserving candidates, Mission Youth conducted a rigorous physical counseling and document verification process in both Jammu and Srinagar. The selected candidates comprise 21 females and 29 males from marginalized sections of society, reflecting the scheme's commitment to promoting inclusive education. Under the Super 75 HLG Scholarship Scheme, these 50 selected students will receive a scholarship amount of approximately Rs 1 lakh in two installments. The scholarship is designed to help cover the educational expenses of the candidates, providing them with the necessary financial support to further their academic pursuits.
The CEO expressed satisfaction over the selection process and emphasized the importance of such initiatives in ensuring equitable opportunities for students from underserved communities. "The Super 75 HLG Scholarship Scheme is a crucial step in our mission to support deserving students and equip them with the resources needed to succeed in their educational journey," stated the CEO.
