BARAMULLA: As part of the Sampoornata Abhiyan launched by NITI Ayog recently, Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Baramulla, Arshad Ahmad Khan, today flagged off a marathon at Eco Park Baramulla.  The marathon witnessed participation of a large number of students and other stakeholders, who enthusiastically carried banners and placards. Their presence and support significantly contributed to raise awareness for the cause, thereby helping achieve the targets and success of the campaign.

Pertinently, the Sampoornata Abhiyan, initiated by NITI Aayog, is a targeted three-month campaign aimed at achieving complete saturation in six critical indicators essential for the socio-economic advancement of Aspirational districts. 

Speaking during the flagging off ceremony, the ACR emphasized the significance of saturation of the key indicators under the Sampoornata Abhiyan for the comprehensive development of the district. He further encouraged all the stakeholders involved to collaborate closely, to contribute towards achieving the overarching goals and success of the Sampoornata campaign.
