REASI: Additional District Magistrate, in exercise of powers vested  U/s 163 Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita has imposed complete ban on illegal use of Sale and Purchase of Portable Chain Saw (Mechanical Cutters) in District Reasi.

The order shall come into the force with immediate effect. Senior Superintendent of Police and Divisional Forest Officer have been asked to implement the order in letter and spirit.

 In another order issued under section 163 Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the ADM has prohibited the transportation of bovine animals within the jurisdiction of District Reasi without seeking permission from the District Magistrate.

This order shall come into force with immediate effect and shall remain in force for a period of two months. However, it shall not apply in case of transportation of bovine animals by the Government departments for departmental purposes.
