KULGAM: A meeting of the District Level Committee (DLC) for the Holistic Agriculture Development Programme (HADP) was held today at the Mini-Secretariat, chaired by Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kulgam, Athar Aamir Khan. During the meeting, the committee reviewed and approved 173 cases under various projects and components of the HADP.
