UDHAMPUR: Director Agriculture Jammu (DAJ) Anil Gupta today reviewed the physical and financial progress of different departmental schemes in the Udhampur and Reasi Districts. The meeting was attended by Regional Level SMS Krishan Kant; Chief Agriculture Officer Udhampur Vikas Padhda; Chief Agriculture Officer Reasi Dolly John, besides all district-level officers, SDAOs, SMSs and DDOs of the twin districts.

During the first half, the Director reviewed the progress of Udhampur district. Chief Agriculture Officer Vikas Padhda gave a detailed presentation on the ongoing activities, physical achievements, financial expenditure and implementation status of central schemes, CAPEX, NABARD, HADP and JKCIP.

In the second half, the progress of Reasi district was reviewed. Chief Agriculture Officer Dolly John presented a detailed report on ongoing activities, physical targets, achievements and expenditure under various departmental schemes and projects.

Anil Gupta directed the officers to ensure timely utilization of funds and achievement of physical targets within the prescribed timelines. He emphasized that financial expenditure must be supported by tangible physical achievements and instructed the officers to strictly adhere to approved guidelines, components and financial norms.
