REASI: District Development Commissioner Reasi Kumar Abhishek visited Siyad Baba shrine to review the progress of ongoing developmental works at the prominent religious and tourist destination.

During the visit, the DDC Reasi took a detailed assessment of the works being undertaken to improve the infrastructure, visitor facilities and overall aesthetic appeal of the area. He emphasized coordinated efforts among all concerned departments to further strengthen basic amenities, sanitation, cleanliness, landscaping and other facilities for devotees and visitors.

He stressed that the development of Siyad Baba should be carried out in a planned and systematic manner, keeping in view its religious significance as well as tourism potential.

To further improve the overall visitor experience, the DDC directed the concerned departments to make necessary arrangements for construction of public washrooms and changing rooms at suitable locations. He also stressed proper maintenance of the facilities to ensure cleanliness and convenience for devotees and tourists. ADC Rakesh Kumar, CPO Narinder Kumar, ACD Mukesh Sharma, AD Tourism, XEN PWD, Tehsildar and other concerned officers were present during the visit.
