SAMBA: Under the supervision of Deputy Commissioner Samba, Ayushi Sudan, and as part of the ongoing Shri Amarnath Ji Yatra 2026, the District Information Office Samba, Department of Information and Public Relations (DIPR) organised a devotional Bhajan Sandhya at the revered Chichi Mata Ji Temple this evening, adding to the spiritual fervour surrounding the annual pilgrimage.

The programme witnessed an overwhelming response from devotees, members of the Temple Committee and local residents, who gathered in large numbers to participate in the devotional event and seek the blessings of Mata Chichi Ji.

The Bhajan Sandhya featured captivating performances by renowned local artists and talented devotional singers, whose soulful bhajans created a deeply spiritual atmosphere. The devotional renditions filled the temple premises with divine melodies, inspiring devotion, peace and collective prayer among the devotees.

Organised under the banner of Shri Amarnath Ji Yatra 2026, the initiative reflected the Department's commitment to promoting the spiritual and cultural ethos of the region while enriching the experience of pilgrims and devotees. The event also served to strengthen the spirit of communal harmony and cultural unity through the shared celebration of faith.

The programme concluded with prayers for the successful, safe and peaceful conduct of the Shri Amarnath Ji Yatra 2026 and the well-being of all pilgrims. The event was coordinated by the District Information Office Samba, as part of the series of activities being organised during the ongoing Shri Amarnath Ji Yatra 2026.
