JAMMU: Former corporator and ex-General Secretary of Youth Cong, Balwant Balloo, along with his supporters on Thursday joined the BJP along with large number of supporters during programme organized at BJP media center.
He was welcomed into the party fold by Union Minister and BJP's election in-charge for J&K, G. Kishan Reddy, BJP National General Secretary and J&K Incharge, Tarun Chugh, and the party's working president Sat Sharma, in the presence of the party's chief spokesperson Advocate Sunil Sethi, media centre incharge Arun Gupta, spokesperson YV Sharma, Abhijeet Jasrotia, and media in-charge Dr. Pradeep Mahotra.
On the occasion, Chugh said that large number of people from different parties have been joining the BJP which indicates that PM Modiâs vision for development has caught the attention of common man.
Chugh said joining of former corporator will strengthen the BJP at grass root level. While speaking on the occasion, Balloo said that he will work 24x7 to have BJP govt in J&K.
