UDHAMPUR: District Legal Services Authority Udhampur, in collaboration with Prajapita Brahmakumaris, organised an awareness programme themed “Stress Management – Stress Less, Live Your Best” here in the Conference Hall District Court Complex. The programme was held under the guidance and supervision of Principal District & Sessions Judge-Chairman DLSA Kalpana Revo and Sub-Judge/Secretary DLSA Sumati Sharma. 

The participants included Judicial Officers from the District Court and Judicial Officers of Chenani and Majalta. The resource persons for the programme were BK Dr. Anil Bathija Additional Dean, Professor & Head GMERS Medical College Patan- Gujarat; BK Yash Pal from Brahmakumaris Hq Mount Abu Rajasthan and BK Madhvi from local Brahmakumaris Meditation Centre.

They deliberated on causes of stress in the judicial profession, its impact on physical and mental health and techniques for effective stress management. Emphasis was laid on mindfulness, meditation, positive thinking, time management and maintaining work-life balance. Practical sessions on relaxation techniques and guided meditation were also held to help the participants experience stress relief. The program highlighted the importance of mental well-being for efficient judicial functioning and delivery of justice.
