AWANTIPORA: Continuing its efforts under the Nasha Mukt Jammu Kashmir Abhiyan, J&K Police organized an Anti-Drug Rally from Khrew to Wuyan aimed at spreading awareness regarding the harmful effects of drug abuse. Students from different schools of the area, teachers, members of civil society, and local residents actively participated in the rally and pledged to work collectively towards building a drug free society.

During the rally, participants raised awareness slogans highlighting the importance of staying away from drugs and encouraging youth to adopt a healthy and positive lifestyle. Meanwhile, a drug awareness programme was also conducted at Future Vision School Tral, where students were sensitized about the ill effects of substance abuse on health, education, and society.

The speakers emphasized the need for collective efforts from parents, teachers, and society to safeguard youth from the menace of drugs. Police reiterated its commitment to continue such awareness programmes across the district to strengthen the fight against drug abuse and promote a safe and healthy society.
