JAMMU: Grappling team has made the Government Degree College Marh proud by winning six medals, 1 Gold Medal, 1 Silver Medal and 4 Bronze Medals in Inter- Collegiate Grappling tournament held at University of Jammu.
Eshaan Saini B.A Sem V won one Gold medal in 58 kg, Gourav Gupta B.com. Sem I won one Silver Medal in 92 kg, Sushian Sharma B.A. SemV won one Bronze Medal in 54 kg, Ketan Kumar B.A. Sem III won one Bronze medal in 58 kg, Summy Kumar B.A. Sem V won one Bronze medal in 70 kg and Kashiv Manhas B.A. Sem I won one Bronze medal in 92 kg.
The students of GDC Marh showcased their exceptional skills and talent in the tournament. The principal of the college Prof. Dr. Rakesh Kumar Koul congratulated, encouraged and felicitated the proud students for their remarkable achievements and taking college to new heights. It is pertinent to mention here that the students of the college have clinched twelve medals in total in Judo and Grappling tournaments.
