RAMBAN: SBI Rural Self Employment Training Institute (RSETI) Ramban awarded certificates to 38 trainees from two batches of the Women’s Tailoring Training Program successfully completed at Ramban. The initiative aims to empower women by equipping them with professional tailoring skills, enabling them to become self-reliant entrepreneurs.
The event was graced by Branch Manager State Bank of India, Sachin Kumar, as the Chief Guest. In his address, he congratulated the trainees on their achievement and encouraged them to use their newly acquired skills to start their own businesses, become financially independent, and contribute to the local economy.
Presiding over the function, Director, RSETI S. Harvinder Singh, applauded the efforts of the trainees and emphasized the importance of vocational training in fostering self-employment opportunities. He urged them to take advantage of financial assistance programs such as PMEGP, Mudra Yojana and HADP to establish their own tailoring businesses.
The program concluded with the signature RSETI Claps, symbolizing encouragement and support for the newly trained women entrepreneurs. The participants expressed their gratitude to SBI RSETI Ramban for providing them with valuable training, promising to utilize their skills effectively for economic growth.
