POONCH: District Development Commissioner Vikas Kundal today chaired a meeting of the District Level Committee for Change of Land Use (CLU) to review the cases received.  A total of 11 CLU cases were discussed in the meeting. Out of these, 02 cases received approval from the committee, while 07 cases were reverted for further review, and 02 cases were rejected after extensive deliberation concerning compliance with existing policy.

The DDC stressed the importance of timely issuance of No Objection Certificates (NOCs) and instructed the members to ensure thorough verification of all documents related to submitted CLU applications. He emphasized the need for all departments to process each case with due diligence to avoid delays in approvals.
