Dr. Narinder Singh, while listening to the grievances, said that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is the only party that is committed to the masses at the ground level. He said that the BJP has always taken the core issues at every hierarchy leading the masses from the front and has secured the results in the favour of common masses. He said that the doors of the BJP are always open to the public, and anyone is welcome to meet with party leaders to voice their concerns and seek assistance in this Public Darbar.

Randhawa emphasized that a large number of people have a limited access to the government departments resulting into delays in the redressal of their genuine issues. These aggrieved people happily visit the party headquarters to share their issues, where the senior leaders of party aid them to get their issues resolved at the earliest. Er. TK Sharma, co-convenor Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, J&K BJP coordinated the darbar proceedings. Kulbeer Charak and Gurmeet Randhawa were also present on the occasion.
