A drug store in Pulwama town was also sealed in coordination with the Drug Inspector for violations related to controlled substances. As part of the awareness initiative, outreach programmes were organized at educational institutions and community locations including Degree College Rajpora, Upper Primary School Wagum, and GMS Qazigund Kakapora, sensitizing students and the public about the harmful effects of drug abuse and the objectives of the ongoing anti-drug campaign.

In Shopian, Police conducted a special anti-drug CASO at identified NDPS hotspots, including Baba Mohalla area, with focused searches at residences of suspected drug peddlers. The operation aimed at dismantling local drug networks and disrupting the supply chain of narcotics.
