JAMMU Major General Anupinder Bevli, VSM, Additional Director General of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh Directorate visited 2 J&K Battalion NCC in Jammu to assess and review the systems and procedures in place that contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of the NCC curriculum.
During his visit, Major General Bevli conducted a thorough inspection and praised the dedicated efforts of the officers, Permanent Instructor Staff and civilian staff. He emphasized the importance of maintaining high standards across all aspects of training and administration, encouraging everyone to continue their excellent work to fulfill the aims and objectives of the NCC.
The General Officer expressed particular appreciation for the excellent standard of drill demonstrated by the cadets from MAM College, recognizing their commitment and discipline. He also commended the collective efforts being made by all involved in NCC activities, underscoring that such commitment is vital to the growth and development of the NCC in the region.
In addition, Major General Bevli placed significant emphasis on institutional training and the role of Associate NCC Officers and Permanent Instructors in ensuring the continued high quality of training. He further commended the contributions of the Commanding Officer and the staff of 2 J&K BN NCC, for the battalion’s achievements and encouraged to further enhance the standards and performance of the unit.
The visit served to reinforce the commitment to quality training and leadership development within the NCC, ensuring that the cadets in Jammu & Kashmir receive world-class training and opportunities for growth.
