JAMMU: Cultural Unit Department of Information and Public Relations, Jammu today organised a Symposium on the topic "Cyber Crime" at Little Angels Paradise Higher Secondary School Udhampur. The objective of organizing the event was to educate the students regarding cyber crime.

The programme started with Sarswati Vandna. The students expressed their views in Hindi and English. They shared valuable information on the topic and also presented poems and songs etc. Students were judged on parameters of Pronunciation, Modulation of Voice, Factual Representation, confidence etc. Payal and Arvind Raina were the Judges for the day.

As many as 13 students participated in the Symposium competition. First Position was bagged by Gouri  Khajuria, second  position went to Sonia Devi and third  position was clinched by Mandip Singh. Consultation prizes were given to Agastya and Ishita, The Principal of the School threw light on the topic and appreciated the Department of Information & Public Relations for organising the thought provoking  programme  in the school.

Among others, the staff of the school and a large number of students witnessed the programme. Meanwhile, the Cultural Unit, Department of Information and Public Relations, Jammu organised a Symposium on the topic "Swachhta Dwara Bimarion se Bachav" at National Academy High School Udhampur. Principal of the School Nisha Sharma was the chief guest. The students presented valuable information on the topic and also presented poems and songs etc.

Students were judged on parameters of Pronunciation, Modulation of Voice, Factual Representation, confidence etc. Vinay Gupta, Saneha and Pooja were the Judges for the day. A total number of 13 students participated in Symposium in which first Position was bagged by Adhira Bhardwaj, second position secured by Moksha and third Position secured by Mandip Khushi Mahajan.  Consolation prizes were given to Tanvi Thakur and Anshdeep Singh

Speaking on the occasion, the Principal of the School Nisha Sharma educated the students regarding the topic and lauded the Department of Information & Public Relations for organizing an informative event in the school. Staff members and a large number of students witnessed the programme. Both the programs were conducted under the direction of Joint Director Information Jammu, Atul Gupta and the supervision of Cultural Officer Jammu, Mukesh Kumar Sharma.
