JAMMU: J&K BJP President and Rajya Sabha Member of Parliament Sat Sharma inaugurated the Dawai Raja pharmacy retail counter at Last Morh, Gandhi Nagar, Jammu. J&K BJP General Secretary Baldev Singh Billawaria, District President Adv. Rajesh Gupta, and District Vice-President Ramesh Gupta, local residents, party workers, and proprietor Raj Kumar Dogra along with well-wishers were also present on the occasion.
Speaking on the occasion, Sat Sharma congratulated the proprietor, Raj Kumar Dogra, and extended his best wishes for the success of the new pharmacy. He appreciated the initiative of opening a medical store aimed at providing quality medicines at affordable prices, particularly in a densely populated area like Gandhi Nagar. He emphasized that access to affordable and genuine medicines is a crucial component of public welfare and directly impacts the health and well-being of society.
Sat Sharma urged the proprietor to ensure that every possible step is taken to help patients in need, especially the poor, elderly, and those suffering from chronic ailments. He stressed the importance of maintaining the highest standards of ethics, transparency, and professionalism while strictly adhering to all legal and regulatory norms. He said that such responsible entrepreneurship not only serves the people but also strengthens trust in the healthcare delivery system at the grassroots level.
