SRINAGAR:  The Social Welfare Department (SWD), SANKALP Hub for Empowerment of Women, Mission Shakti Srinagar organized theme based Nukad Natak, Street Play and Rally at Government Higher Secondary School Gund Hasi Bhat under Beti Bachao Beti Padhao (BBBP).

The role play emphasized the importance of education for all, particularly for girls, as a vital foundation for the betterment of society, and further raised awareness about the significance of the girl child, the declining child sex ratio, the prevention of child marriage, and the provisions of the PC&PNDT Act, while underscoring the collective responsibility of communities, institutions, and policymakers to promote gender equality and safeguard children’s rights.
