GANDERBAL: As part of the ongoing 100 Days campaign under the Nasha Mukht Abhiyan (NMA), Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) and essay writing competitions were organised today across various schools of District Ganderbal, reinforcing the message of a drug-free society. The PTMs saw active participation from parents, who were sensitized about their crucial role in guiding children towards healthy and responsible choices.
Discussions focused on the importance of moral values, close parental engagement, and early awareness to prevent substance abuse. Parents and teachers jointly emphasized the need for vigilance and collective responsibility.
Alongside, essay writing competitions were held in schools, offering students an opportunity to express their views on the theme of a drug-free society. Students shared thoughtful and creative ideas, reflecting a clear understanding of the dangers of drug abuse and the need for positive change.
