RAJOURI: Additional District Development Commissioner (ADDC) Dr. Raj Kumar Thapa chaired a comprehensive review meeting today with officials of the Rural Development Department (RDD) from Block Sunderbani, Seri, Kalakote, Soit, Nowshera, and Mougla. The meeting focused on expediting the implementation of key developmental projects under various government schemes.

Dr. Thapa directed the concerned officers to expedite the survey for Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) so that all eligible beneficiaries were provided housing benefits without unnecessary delays. The meeting reviewed the utilization of PRI, DDC, and BDC grants for augmentation of  rural infrastructure and public amenities.

Regarding MGNREGA, the ADDC stressed the need for prompt completion of ongoing works and urged officials to maintain transparency and efficiency in project execution. The meeting was attended by ADC Sunderbani, District Statistical & Evaluation Officer (DSEO), Assistant Commissioner Development (ACD), Executive Engineer PDD, Assistant Executive Engineer (AEE), Junior Engineer (JEE), and other officers.
