SHOPIAN: A review meeting regarding the effective implementation and utilization of e-Office 2.0 was held today at the Meeting Hall of the DC Office Shopian under the chairmanship of Additional District Development Commissioner (ADDC) Shopian, Dr. Nasir Ahmad Lone. The meeting was attended by designated e-Office Master Trainers, e-Office Help Desk Officials and dealing assistants from various departments of the district.
The meeting was convened to assess the progress achieved by departments in implementing e-Office 2.0 and to review the tasks previously assigned to the Master Trainers. During the meeting, the Master Trainers presented detailed updates on the work entrusted to them and apprised the chair about the progress made in onboarding offices, file movement through the e-Office platform, capacity building initiatives and resolution of issues faced by users.
They also highlighted the measures undertaken to facilitate the smooth adoption of the digital office system across departments. The ADDC took a department-wise review of the progress and stressed the need for expediting the implementation of e-Office 2.0 to ensure greater efficiency, transparency and accountability in government functioning. He further informed the participants that the e-office Help Desk has been established to provide necessary assistance and technical support to Master Trainers and departmental officials. He directed all concerned to make use of the Help Desk facility for timely resolution of issues and smooth functioning of the e-Office system.
