DODA: Demonstrating its commitment to community service and social welfare, the Nations Development Association (NDA), Doda, under the aegis of the Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports and MY Bharat, today organized a Chabeel Seva at A-One Market, Khellani, District Doda, on the auspicious occasion of Ekadashi.
The humanitarian initiative was conducted in collaboration with Manhas Enterprises (Prop. Gurmeet Manhas) and witnessed enthusiastic participation from volunteers and local residents. Refreshments were distributed among devotees, travelers, and members of the public, reflecting the spirit of selfless service and social responsibility.
The programme was led by Karan Sharma, District President, NDA Doda, along with Sahil Rana, District Coordinator; Dr. Maheshwar Katoch, District Secretary; Bikey Singh, District Programme Officer (DPO); Aman Bhat, District Field Coordinator; Shubham Manhas, District Youth Coordinator; Simran Katoch, District Women Coordinator; Harsh Manhas, District Volunteer Coordinator; and Sunny Kumar, District Finance Coordinator-cum-Treasurer.
Addressing the gathering, the office bearers emphasized the importance of humanitarian service and encouraged youth to actively participate in community welfare and nation-building initiatives. They highlighted that such programmes strengthen social harmony, promote volunteerism, and inspire citizens to contribute positively towards society.
The organizers expressed their sincere gratitude to all volunteers, supporters, and members of the public whose cooperation and dedication ensured the successful conduct of the event. They reaffirmed their commitment to organizing similar social service initiatives in the future for the welfare and upliftment of the community. The programme concluded with the message, “Service to Humanity is Service to God.”
