SHOPIAN: A meeting was today convened by Deputy Commissioner Shopian, Shishir Gupta with all the members of Small Business Development Units (SBDU) and Business Help Desks (BHD) to discuss the roles and responsibilities of each member in the context of the Mission YUVA project. A comprehensive and detailed presentation was shared with the members, outlining the specific roles and duties of each member.
The committee members were sensitised about their job profile and helped to clarify expectations and facilitate a deeper understanding of the tasks at hand. DC Shopian emphasized the importance of their specific and critical roles in the project and stressed that a clear comprehension of responsibilities would ensure a smooth and efficient execution of the Mission YUVA project.
Furthermore, he directed that each Yuva Doot will be identified after filling all the details of their selection as per the Yuva Doot Document. Additionally, the panchayats will be allocated to them, ensuring that the next steps can be taken accordingly in the project. One SBDU at district Level and two BHDs at sub divisional level at Shopian and Zainapora have been set up for the effective implementation of Mission Yuva in the district.
