During the programme, the BJP leaders met and felicitated Lieutenant Colonel Roop Lal Panhotra (Retd.), Nirmala Saini (Retd.), G.P. Saini (Retd.), Ramkrishna Gupta, Kapoor Lal, Bindraban Tikoo, and Rano Devi, widow of Martyr Rashpal Chand, in recognition of their valuable contributions to society and the nation.
Sat Sharm, speaking on the occasion, said that the last 12 years under Prime Minister Narendra Modi have ushered in an era of transparent governance, rapid development, and people-centric welfare. He stated that transformative initiatives in infrastructure, social security, healthcare, digital governance, and national security have strengthened public trust in the government. He emphasized that the vision of Viksit Bharat is being realized through the active participation of every citizen and every section of society.
Rinku Chaudhary highlighted that the BJP remains committed to maintaining close contact with the public and acknowledging the contributions of distinguished citizens. He said that such interactions strengthen the bond between society and the government.
Ashwani Sharma said that the Modi government has empowered citizens through welfare schemes, improved service delivery, and development-driven policies that have positively impacted people across the country, including Jammu & Kashmir.
