DODA: On the occasion of the completion of 12 years of the Narendra Modi-led Government at the Centre, the Bharatiya Janata Party organized a grand "Viksit Bharat Sankalp Sammelan" at Doda. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from intellectuals, social leaders, professionals, youth representatives, and prominent citizens from different parts of the district.
The conference was addressed by former Minister in the Jammu & Kashmir Government and MLA Doda West Shakti Raj Parihar, BJP Jammu & Kashmir State Secretary and District Prabhari Doda Pawan Sharma, BJP District President Baburam Sharma, MLA Bhadarwah Daleep Parihar, and senior BJP leader Gajay Singh Rana.
Addressing the gathering, Pawan Sharma said that the twelve years of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's leadership have been marked by unprecedented development, good governance, transparency, national security, and welfare-oriented policies. He stated that under the visionary leadership of Prime Minister Modi, India has emerged as a strong, self-reliant, and globally respected nation.
Sharma highlighted that transformative initiatives such as Digital India, Make in India, Startup India, PM Awas Yojana, Ayushman Bharat, Jal Jeevan Mission, and various infrastructure development projects have significantly improved the lives of millions of citizens across the country. He emphasized that Jammu & Kashmir has particularly witnessed rapid development, enhanced connectivity, strengthened democratic institutions, and accelerated socio-economic growth during this period.
Calling upon the intellectual community and citizens to become active partners in nation-building, Pawan Sharma said that the vision of a "Viksit Bharat" can only be achieved through collective efforts and public participation. He urged every citizen to contribute positively towards strengthening social harmony, promoting development, and supporting initiatives aimed at building a prosperous and developed India by 2047.
"The responsibility of taking the resolve of Viksit Bharat to every household and ensuring active participation in the nation's progress rests upon all of us. Every citizen has a vital role in shaping the future of a strong, developed, and self-reliant India," Sharma remarked.
The speakers collectively highlighted the achievements of the Modi Government over the past twelve years and reiterated the BJP's commitment to inclusive development, good governance, and the welfare of every section of society.
