RAJOURI: Deputy Commissioner Rajouri Abhishek Sharma today conducted an extensive whirlwind tour of Khawas and Kalakote areas to assess damages caused due to recent rains and landslides and to review ongoing restoration works.

The Deputy Commissioner further instructed the Sub Divisional Agriculture Officer (SDAO) to submit a comprehensive crop damage report and directed the BDO Khawas to provide immediate protection work under MGNREGA. Directions were also passed for the prompt restoration of water supply and electricity in the affected areas.
