PULWAMA: As part of the nation wide campaign Good Governance Week 2024 - Prashasan Gaon Ki Ore, Pulwama district witnessed a series of impactful events aimed at fostering transparent governance, empowering youth and addressing public grievances at the grassroots level.  These initiatives, organized under the overarching theme of effective governance and community engagement, drew significant participation from residents.

At Lassipora, an awareness campaign on Mission YUVA UDHYAM JAGRITI was conducted with great success. The campaign focused on empowering the youth by fostering an entrepreneurial spirit and creating awareness about government initiatives that support young entrepreneurs. This event highlighted the administration’s commitment to nurturing talent and promoting self-reliance among the youth, ensuring their active participation in the district's socio-economic development.

Simultaneously, a Grievance Redressal Camp was organized at Panchayat Halqa Syedabad, Block Aripal. This camp served as a platform for citizens to voice their concerns and receive prompt resolutions.  These events underscores commitment of District Adminstration of Pulwama to enhancing governance through citizen-centric initiatives and fostering trust between the administration and the community.  The success of these programs reflects the collaborative effort to bring governance closer to the people and empower them through meaningful engagement.
