JAMMU: Dr. Narinder Singh, MLA RS Pura- Jammu South & BJP National Secretary raised public concern for Change of Land Use (CLU) certificate in the Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly. He pointed out the needy people are feeling harassed as they are not able to procure CLU certificates to build their residential homes even in small chunks of land only in a few Marlas.
He raised a finger on the biased approach towards the common masses stating that there are many blue-eyed persons who have illegally encroached the land to build commercial complexes and the Banquet halls on the government land and are earning Crores of Rupees. He stressed that the relief be provided to the common people on the issue.
